Rainbow Bone Tail

My entry for Fluffomaru's contest: 
design me a pony! -contest- end date added-end date June 15
can possibly be extended if needed.
kind of want to try this out.
now, what I'm wanting is a neon pony.
that's right.
neon.
yes, I know they're eye searing and overdone.
want one anyway.
some rules of course: (guidelines anyway)
-try not to overdue it, like not to many markings and such.
-when it comes to neon I prefer the rainbow(as in ROY G BIV not just any mixture of colors in any order)
-the coat color doesn't have to be dark, it can be light and/or pastel whatever you want.
-male or female
-I generally like longer manes and traditional unicorn style tails, as well as floof and stuff, but anything goes, oh and I like rainbow eyes
-any species(even original species that you have permission or rights to make.)
-and for the sake of this contest is can be one of my species as well (fennec or Bone-tail...though bone tail might be kind of hard to pull off XD )
-base edits are fine
-anyone can enter, you don't have to ask.
-don't copy people's entries or their OC's
-no c
